The Woman’s Club of Colorado Springs hosted UKRAINE POWER, at their October meetings. Two strong women created this nonprofit last fall with the focus on helping those in war-torn Ukraine by providing power for heat and light. Whitney and her family in Colorado Springs welcomed Yana and her family from a war-torn region of Ukraine, a home. Yana and Whitney together, have the skills, knowledge, and connections to provide generators, large-capacity power banks, and more to those without. Winter is quickly approaching, and the Ukraine infrastructure continues to be attacked. UKRAINE POWER has the resources to deliver what is needed, when it is needed, where it is needed.
