Make it a party and decorate your car!

Members of The Woman’s Club of Colorado Springs will be collecting much needed items for these organizations. Pull into the Ronald McDonald House parking lot and look for the market-style tent with The Woman’s Club of Colorado Springs banner. No need to get out of your car, you will just hand off your donations and be on your way! Bag items for Ronald McDonald House and The Place separately for easy hand off.

Social distancing drive-through. Please wear a mask when handing off the items.

Needed Items

Ronald McDonald House

RMDH is preparing individually package meals thus the request for the plastic bags and food containers. The containers need to be purchased from Amazon.

• Disinfecting wipes
• Quart size bags
• Gallon size bags
• Kleenex (regular size and travel)
• Tall kitchen bags
• 24 oz to go food containers.

The Place

The Place is asking for arts and crafts to give the teenagers something to do as they are “stay at home” in the shelter.

• Puzzles
• Yarn
• Crochet
• Cross Stitch
• Kits to build model planes/ships/cars
• Sidewalk chalk
• Arts & Crafts material
• Diamond Painting Kits (kits can be found on Amazon)

Not needed: We are fully supplied with Crayons, pens and colored pencils.

We are not asking you to make a special trip out to shop for items. Just look around and see if you have any of these items in your home. IF you actually have a needed/planned shopping trip maybe you would like to add one or two of these things to your list, or order on-line.
